The task was to refresh copy on this page in an effort to drive more referrals. I added a little more punch and updated the copy to better highlight the program's benefits in the brand’s unique voice and tone, encouraging users to engage with the program/fill out the form.

Basis Technologies (Formerly Centro)

Rebranded Website / Company RePOsitioning

Centro is now Basis Technologies. I collaborated across Brand Marketing, Design, UI/UX + Web Development, Product, Sales, and Executive teams to rebrand this site in its entirety. I adjusted copy (across 40+ pages) to reflect a more confident, tech-forward tone of voice that repositioned the company as a thought leader in the ad tech industry. I also refined product/service offerings to highlight the benefits of automation and speak to ICP use-cases/challenges (see all pages within ‘Technology’ section).

I partnered with Artistic Villas, a luxury villa rental business on St. John, USVI to refine their brand messaging and website copy. Centered on the owners’ creative roots and long-standing island legacy, I crafted an elevated-yet-accessible origin story and guest-facing web content that translates their hospitality philosophy into clear, compelling storytelling—designed to build trust, strengthen premium brand perception, and drive booking inquiries.

Lightly, LLC

Partnered with a web designer to develop an executive coaching website for Lightly, LLC—refining and elevating their unique brand / client-centered messaging; mission, core principles, approach, values and service offerings — and creating a user-friendly site structure and contact page to better support client inquiries and engagement.

Rhythm of Being

I refined and shortened copy across all pages to better showcase my client’s coaching brand + offerings, weave in their coaching methodology/framework, and highlight expected results. I also partnered with a designer to optimize the overall flow of the site, including copy formatting + design.

The Salt Collective

I helped my client articulate, redefine, and develop her personal brand (i.e., tone of voice, values, approach, etc.) by building out site copy from scratch and sharing more about her intuitive nature and personal journey that got her where she is today. I partnered with a designer to flesh out the UI/UX of the site and layered in CTAs to prompt (new + existing) client engagement + connection.
