Đe si, kenova?
The name Kenova Somatics was inspired by the colloquial Croatian expression: “Ðe si, Kenova?” Loosely translated, it carries the spirit of “What’s new?” or “How are you?” More than a question, it’s an invitation—a moment of connection and a gentle way of checking in without pressure.
In a world that often asks us to move faster, do more, and push through, Kenova Somatics captures the spirit of this easygoing Eastern European ritual and offers an intentional pause amidst life’s noise. A space to meet and reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, and one another - just as we are.
Rooted in heritage. Inspired by connection. Held in presence.
Kenova Somatics asks: How are you, right now?

I am a certified PsychoSomatic and Reiki Practitioner, and Yoga Instructor with 14 years of experience in mindful movement and embodiment. Passionate about guiding others on their journey inward, I help clients and students rediscover safety, awareness, and connection to themselves by blending somatic practices, such as breathwork, body scans, and meditation, with intuitive movement. My gentle, trauma-informed approach supports nervous system regulation and healing, inviting clients to slow down, release tension, and build resilience. I create space for a greater sense of presence, ease, and a more compassionate relationship with the body and its sensations and signals through deep attunement to each person’s unique journey.

What to expect
Gently explore the language of your body.
I guide you inward, toward your physical sensations—to help you slow down and create space for what’s ready to be felt. Together, we integrate physical sensations with emotional insights to release stored tension, process emotions, and better understand your body’s responses to stress or trauma. This work invites you into a more present, compassionate, and connected relationship with yourself.
CREATIVE
As healing and self-discovery are non-linear, no two sessions are exactly alike. Sessions may incorporate a variety of somatic practices such as meditation, guided breathwork, shaking, body scans, touch, visualizations, mindful movement and present-moment awareness.

The power of somatic practice
Kenova Somatics creates space to reconnect with your body—where your live story lives; emotions speak through sensation and deeper awareness begins.
Somatic practice invites you to slow down and return to the felt experience of being alive. Through guided breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement, we explore the body's wisdom as a pathway to presence, safety, and belonging.
When you feel more at home within yourself, you can move through life with greater clarity, compassion, and connection—to yourself, others, and the world around you.
Who this work supports
This work honors the full spectrum of the human experience. Kenova Somatics is an inclusive space where all bodies, identities, genders, and orientations are welcome.
You may be here because you’re:
Navigating anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, stress, burnout, grief, or life transitions.
Seeking a deeper understanding of your patterns, triggers, emotions, and inner landscape.
Looking to reconnect with your body, intuition, and sense of self.
Cultivating greater presence, self-awareness, resilience, and connection.
All parts of you are welcome here—your body, history, identity, and lived experience. Come as you are.
LET’S CONNECT
Somatic work often begins with an awareness that something is asking for attention—and a brief self-check-in.
First, ask yourself: How are you, right now?
